Saturn Swarm (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates Saturn Scalper at https://scalper.saturnswarm.org. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website or purchase our software.

We may collect the following information:

• Waitlist: Email address and Twitter/X handle when you join our waiting list, together with a salted hash of your IP address used only for duplicate and abuse prevention. We do not store your raw IP address.
• Purchase: Name, email address, and PayPal transaction identifiers when you complete a purchase. Payment card details are handled entirely by PayPal and are never stored on our servers.
• Analytics: Anonymized page view and funnel events (page URL, timestamp, UTM parameters). We do not collect device fingerprints, browser fonts, or WebGL signatures.
• Account (optional): If you sign in with an izzy.la account, we receive a user identifier (“sub”), email, and display name from the identity provider.

• To deliver your license key and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails related to your purchase.
• To notify you of product updates if you have opted in.
• To operate internal analytics to improve the product.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with the following third parties to operate the service:

• PayPal — payment processing. Subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy.
• Discord — community invites, if and when a community server opens (none is live today). Subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery of license keys.
• Saturn Swarm operations (izzy.la) — waitlist and order events (including your email address and Twitter/X handle) are transmitted to our own operations system hosted at izzy.la so we can manage the waitlist and fulfil orders. This system is operated by us, not a third party, and the data is not shared onward.

We do not set first-party tracking cookies. We use localStorage to throttle analytics beacons on your device (key: lastCollected). This data never leaves your browser.

Waitlist entries and purchase records are retained for as long as necessary to operate the service or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion by contacting us at the email below.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@saturnswarm.org.

Saturn Scalper is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
