Terms of Service

By accessing or using Saturn Scalper (available at https://scalper.saturnswarm.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Saturn Scalper is a premium resale automation tool currently in pre-release. Checkout is not yet open; access before launch is by waitlist only. When licenses go on sale, they will be offered as a one-time license fee of $500.00 USD, with optional renewals at $29.99/mo via PayPal Subscriptions. The license grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for personal or business resale automation purposes.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract to purchase or use Saturn Scalper. By completing a purchase you represent that you meet these requirements.

Checkout is not yet open. The following applies once it opens:

• All purchases are processed through PayPal. By completing a purchase you agree to PayPal's terms of service.
• The one-time license fee of $500.00 USD is charged upon capture of your PayPal order. Your license key is delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
• Monthly renewals at $29.99/mo are managed through PayPal Subscriptions and may be cancelled at any time through your PayPal account.
• All sales are final. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion within 48 hours of purchase if the software is non-functional and the issue cannot be resolved.

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your license key.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any retailer's terms of service.
• Attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures.

We strive to maintain Saturn Scalper but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Continued use following any update constitutes acceptance of the modified service.

Saturn Scalper is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the software will generate any specific profit or resale outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saturn Swarm and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of Saturn Scalper.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the applicable courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use of Saturn Scalper following notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
